Snake Ridge Services is a property watch company created to support absentee owners who need trustworthy individuals to manage their property. Whether a periodic visitor, or away for a holiday, Snake Ridge can monitor and maintain your property. We offer a wide range of services, specifically designed to your needs.

Insurance Requirements

Canadian home insurance companies require that houses that are are furnished, but vacant, for four days or more: Shut off water supply and drain the system & appliances of water, or Maintain the heat and arrange to have someone physically check your dwelling at the very least once every 7 days.
